Teaching Methodology

Classical Approach: Direct teacher-to-student transmission chain focusing on Makharij and Sifat.

Applied Tajweed: Theoretical concepts are applied to Quranic recitation during practice modules.

Path to Ijazah (Chain of Transmission)
Students who demonstrate complete memorization and flawless recitation of the Matn will be awarded an official Ijazah with a Sanad (unbroken chain of narrators) connected back to Imam Ibn Al-Jazari.
Students who wish to read the Matn without memorizing will receive an Ijazah bir-Riwayah connecting back to the author. Assessment & Support: Comprehensive mock exams and guidance are provided to ensure every student is fully prepared for their final oral examination, along with written assessments conducted to test understanding.

About the Instructor
Syeda Umama is a Hafiza of the Qur’an and holds a Bachelor’s in Sharia & Islamic Law from the University of Sharjah and is pursuing a Master's in Tafseer & Hadith. She is Ijazah-certified from Awqaf Dubai.
She also earned Qur’an certification and completed postgraduate studies in ʿUlum al-Shariah at Masjid an-Nabawi, Madinah. She holds multiple Ijazahs in Qur’an, Tajweed, *Fiqh*, Qira'at, and Hadith and is authorised to grant Ijazah in Tajweed and *other sciences*
